Recently bought a intelli metro tuner- IMT202. I find it really good. Wow, I do not even need to connect the tuner to the guitar. Just strike a single string of the guitar, the tuner is able to detect! How wonderful! Besides that, it is equipped with a metronome. I bought this metro tuner at $30. Of course, it could be more expensive in your country's guitar store. For guitarist looking for a 2 in 1 metronome + tuner check this model out!
